Default 2007 ninja 250 no spark

I bought a 2007 ninja 250 from a guy who broke his key off in the ignition. I replaced the ignition switch and I also replaced the junction box which wasn't bad (found out after i replaced it). I went to start the bike yesterday and it wouldn't start. Took both plugs out and tried looking for spark but got nothing from either. I tested the coils, coil pack, and all the fuses and all of them checked out perfectly. The spark plug wires are getting voltage but its the plugs that aren't making spark. Both plugs are new and the plugs are getting power. So why isn't there any spark? I also tested the neutral safety switch and it’s good.

When you say won't start, does the engine turn over but won't start? Does the engine not even turn over? It's unusual but I have had brand new plugs fail before.

What plugs are you running?

Is there a tip over switch to reset?

Good call on testing the neutral safety switch, but what of the side stand switch?

I need to take a look at my manual now. sheesh! lol
