I would love to have one if I didn't already own my '06 250R, and wasn't looking at the ZX-14 as my next ride.[8D] It looks as though the new 250R will surpass the old bike in every way aside from likely weighing a little more.

Im not sure, if I get another 250r it will be an 09 model. I would like to step up to a bigger cc bike. But all i do is go to work and back anyways. Haven't gone on any long cruises so I really don't need a bigger bike.

Anyone know the HP of the new 250 yet? If it's 10 more hp and a few more trq I might just get another 250.

 

I'm guessing it would be good for about 4-6 HP over the previous model. Sounds like all they did to the engine was port the heads, and use a different exhaust. I'm sure we will know within a few months once they come out.

 

If I hadn't just bought an '07 I probably would have, but who knows how much stuff will be different/hard to get initially, and I've had a lot of fun modding my bike already! Besides, this one is perfect for around town, and I'm looking into a cruiser for the longer rides.

 

I gotta get one for my wife, but that's going to have to wait until my next deployment.

 

I am saying no way for now due to my other rides and toys.

 

ive set my eyes on this and im hoping that the first street bike i own is an 08 250r. it just looks so good and everything about it makes me want it.
