Severe Newbism
Hey all,
My name's Jason and I live in Western Washington. I just bought this '76 750. I'm 39 and I haven't been on a bike since I was a teenager. So I'm here to LEARN! Mostly I hope to learn how to take care of it myself. I already replaced the plugs and changed the oil, but I'm told it needs the carbs cleaned and while I know how to clean carbs in a car, I have no idea how to do it to my new bike. I know where they are... but that's about it. I haven't read that much on the forums yet, that's next.
Anyway, thanks for the great forums and I'm glad I found ya!
p.s. I hope the pic makes it in, if not I'll try again.

RE: Severe Newbism
Congrats on the classic Kawi! Cleaning up the carbs is simple task. Don't sweat it too much. But, you will want to buy a carb synchronizer after you get the carbs reinstalled..
Welcome to the KF family.
