Default Seeking advise

I am new to the motorcycle scene, I am a service member and have plenty of questions about a bike build I would like get the ball rolling on, the pic I am posting below is something I would like to get rolling on but I am limited on space also this is the kicker. I currently am stationed in Japan and I see this junkyard jewel just about everyday and think maybe this maybe something I can enjoy working and making it mine please tell me would this be worth the rebuild?

Ouch

Been here for more then 6 months

This is a D Tracker from Japan

In my opinion, that is one giant nope.
Lots of rust and a busted engine case, setting out in the elements for what looks like years.
That project is going to be a lot of work and possibly a lot of money.
It looks like it took some good hits and may have a bent subframe and maybe bent forks.
Find a running bike that needs little to no work. A non-runner that needs lots of work isn't my idea of fun when I'd rather be riding.

Thank you for your service.
Welcome to KF.
Good luck.
