Hello KF! I was a member back in 2007 when I purchased my first (training( bike - a 2003 Ninja 250. I have since had a Boulevard, a Vulcan, a GXSR and a Sportster 883. A few years ago, I moved from IL to GA and decided to sell the Harley rather than transport it (and two other vehicles). So, I haven't been on two-wheels for a little over 3 years and I have missed it!
Last weekend, June 3 2017, I found a great deal on a 2006 Vulcan 900 Classic (VN900B) and jumped on it. It has a set of Cobra Dragster pipes (one of them missing a tip), very comfortable two-person seat with backrest and runs like a dream!!
In this last week, I have installed a new headlight bulb, painstakingly polished every bit of the chrome, adjusted the windshield height, reconditioned the seat, cleaned and re-oiled the K&N air filter and fitted it with a Cobra Fi2000 Fuel Management system. I am absolutely LOVING riding again after this short break! Coming soon are some Krator risers, Krator grips and a reflective rear tag frame.
