New Member, Old Rider
Greetings - Not counting the lurking, I'm new to these forums. I'm an older rider, but haven't been on a bike in over seven years. Plans are to go back through the beginner and intermediate courses again once I get back into riding.
My main reason for joining the forum is to find like minded people - too many riders I run into don't seem to respect the Kawasaki 500R and I'm fine with that - it's something I've experienced when I first started riding.
Learned to ride on my buddy's Honda CB125 I think. My bike is a 2004 and it was my first and only bike. It's been in storage these last seven years (inside) and the first project I'm going to undertake is breaking it down, replacing everything needed, and rebuilding it. This will be my first time doing it (never worked on the carburetor) , so wish me luck. I'll see you inside.
