I'm a new rider and just bought a KLX 250s right after Christmas.....

I was looking at several manufacturers of dual purpose bikes and thru this forum and other research I went with the Kawasaki. I'm glad I did!! Having a great time on the bike so far. My intentions were to keep it at my lake house up in the western NC mountains where I could ride the roads and trails however now I'm thinking about getting a trailer and taking it back and forth from Atlanta. I'd hate to leave it sitting for weeks at a time and not riding it.

I look forward to learning more from the forum......
