a little bias here but i say the ninja have you checked the numbers on both performance wise??

personally it depends on what your goals are. are you wanting to step up to a bigger bike later? if so you ahve to look at resale value of the bikes, i'd get the suzuki gs500f if it were considerably cheaper. they are both nice bikes. spend the rest of the money that you would of spent on the kawi in good gear.

 

I GOT IT! I got the Ninja 500R yesterday. We spent the entire weekend going to every dealer in the Las Vegas area both Saturday and Sunday. I looked at and sat on every bike that, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki had to offer. Finally on Sunday I decided to get the Ninja not only because it was the best fit for me physically but also because I was able to get an '07 for $4200! The dealer I went to is moving to a new location on Wednesday and they needed to get rid of bikes this weekend. It is being delivered to the shop this morning to get lowered so I can fully touch the ground instead of being on my tip toes. I will post pics as soon as I can.
