What do you have for riding experience? How tall are you? What is your inseam?

These are all important factors in determining your first bike.

Thanks! Not sure yet I am kind of short and having trouble finding a fit. The dealer suggested the ZX6R but I think they just might be trying to sell me a more expensive bike. I had my eye on the 650R but they told me they could not lower it enough for me. I need about 3.5 inch.
I am trying to be nice and this one is just to easy

Welcome to kf nichole and JK around.

My experience is limited to dirt bike riding as a kid. I have not been on a bike for some years now, other then on the back of my Dad's. I am only 4'11" so I am very short with an inseam of 28".

You should take the MSF class before you buy your first sportbike. That is just my suggestion.
