If they're giving you the run around now... you'll probably get zero customer service after you finally get the bike. I call my dealership all the time for parts/info and they're excellent. I agree with Mr. Toad. Get your money back and take your business elsewhere.

 

Ok, so I am getting ready to go to Italy for 2 weeks on vacation, so this isnt a huge issue not having the bike yet. They explained today they were trying to get it in from another dealer, but now they went straight through Kawasaki, and it will be in by the time I get home from Italy on the 28th. Also, they did finally get my helmet in also....heres a picture, its the new model HJC CL-15 Orbit Black! HJC CL-15 Orbit Black!

It's good to know that if I upgrade my HJC CL-14 to a CL-15, they still have a good looking black/gray helmet.

Hey everyone, I went and picked up my 06 Ninja 250ex today and I LOVE IT!!! It is a great bike.....I road it around for about 2 hours. I will be posting up some pictures very soon. Also, I went with the tinted face sheild. Quick question, my bike says that it has a break in period of 0-500 miles keeping it below 4,000rpms, but even if I shift up all the way and go 55, it hits at least 4000. I cant go over about 35 without hitting this limit....is this normal? so they're saying I can't go over 35mph, basically for 500miles, lol???? Thanks everyone for your help....check back soon!!!
