Hi FNG here with the ubiquitous "am I getting a good deal question." I am looking to buy a used 2005 Mule 3010 4x4, four seater. 341 hours on it. Test drove it, seems to run ok (in my very limited UTV test driving experience), looks good cosmetically and seems to have been maintained, from what the dealer pointed out. Price they give me is $6000 out of the door. That's within our price range. Our intended use: we have 72 acres in Indiana, adjoining the Hoosier National forest we intend to run the machine on. Not the forest, our property. Anyway, looking for a reasonable UTV to cut trails on our property and generally just tool around. Don't care a whit about high speed. 20 mph is more than sufficient for what we need. And I have 6 kids, that backseat means I can carry more kids per ride than just a 2 seater. We get to the property maybe 4-5 times per year so we would probably end up putting no more than 40 hours on it per year.

So whatch y'all think? Seems to be appropriate for our needs.

I have not seen good results with the mule under daily hard useage. Maybe for your app, it may work better.

Hi Dragone, yes, I bought. It's in very good shape. No fluid leaks and CV boots look good. I have no complaints about it. 'Course, I haven't took it to the property yet for a field test, but driving it around the yard with loads, it trucks along just fine. I think we'll have a blast....
