I have a 2018 klx250s I’m wanting to purchase some motard wheels and iv heard the SF version fits. The size I found 140/70-17” and 120/70-17” from a 2006-2007 on excels, Will these fit my 2018.

 

Hi. Yes they will fit, but no there will be no speedo drive. The front wheel for the 06-07 has the mechanical drive where the 09 up have electronic drive and they aren't the same at the hub. You could get the wheels, unlace the front wheels of each, swap out the rims and spokes to get the 17 on your hub. If the price is right, probably the best way to do it. Other problem will be getting the correction hardware for the speedometer to read correctly. One other problem is the front rotor of the SF is bigger so you will either need to replace the caliper mount on the fork or put your smaller rotor on the hub.
