Default klr 250

Hey, I am interested in purchasing a KLR 250. Occasionally, I may want to ride double. Is this bike capable of 2 riders? Does it have foot pegs and a seat that would accomodate a rider? Enough power?

Hey man, welcome to the forums, as far as the power and passenger question, its all relative to total weight and how far you want to ride. I have a friend (yes at least one) that has the 04 KLR 250 and he takes his girlfriend on it back on the gravel fire roads, and they seem to scoot along just fine. But keep in mind they are both slim framed people. The bike seems to have enough power, now if it were two of me on that bike, it would be a different story. Can you imagine if there were two of me out there? That would be cool, one of me could be washing the bike and the other one could be posting on the forum. Hmmmm that cloning thing is starting to sound pretty good. sorry I always seem to jack even my own threads.[8D]

lazy questions like this kind of worries me about how you can ride at all.
Does it have foot pegs and a seat that would accomodate a rider?
