Big v i think the color you are talking about is the same as mine they call it magma red. mine also won't make it's mind up if it is red or orange differnt lighting makes change color.

 

whats up hoedog i think u are right it does sound right about the lighting it turns differnt colours a guy told me from another city in canada that it was only sold in canada and i think the name was ruby red and it has a gloss finish on it buyt it sounds the same as yours maybe he ment 2005 model or he was just wrong! ride safe and hard were loosing alot of people where im from 6 or 7 already died this year and my friend broke his neck in aparking lot on his track bike messing around now his wife is making him sell the track bike and his zx12 another kawy rider gone 4 ever!

 

Same story here in New Brunswick - lot of riders being lost. There's been quite a few that have crashed and lived to tell about it also. Don't know what is going on this year.
