Hello from Sin City
Hi All,
I have been here before but my last post was about a year ago... I was in SoCal and have recently moved to Vegas. I would like to point out that everything you have heard about riding in Vegas is true. No lane splitting, smooth-as-butter roads that are slick with oil and radiator fluid, and not an s-curve in sight. When I want to enjoy riding in Vegas, I have to go back to Ca.... or hit the track here, which I plan on doing next month.
Anyway - I just wanted to say hi and re-introduce myself.

I have seen that track - it doesn't look friendly. The Las Vegas Speedway has about 8 differend tracks plus a great dragstrip. The motorcycle track days are on the Classic Course - an 8-turn clockwise oval. The track is pretty wide, smooth, has gently banked turns and runoff dirt and grass instead of gravel. That's where I'm riding.
