Thanks so much for the lovely welcome. =^.^= Suprakawi - I just added you on myspace. Defiantely plan on coming by to check out the shop next weekend. It'll be great to meet a local female rider. And yes! I will definately be a safe rider. I had plans on putting a sign on my riding jacket that said

LOL Maybe that might be too extreme. But I will defiantely keep on my toes on the road. The hubby is a mechanic so I've instructed him to teach me how to take care of my own bike ... with my own tools of course. I'll be picking her up next week. OMG OMG! HOW EXCITING!!!!!!!!

Of course if your legs are a little short, you can always just lay the bike down andevaluatethe situation.
