Greetings from San Jose, CA!
Greetings to the people of Kawasaki Forum. I come in peace. 
My name is Phillip from the Bay Area. I've recently just picked me up a 2009 ER6n and got back to riding~ 6 years ago when I got my M1, I started riding with a 1994?96? Honda Elite CH80 nice scooter!! for about 6 months? Then I low slided on gravel due to locking up the front tires for panic stopping. (nnnice) Then after the hit I was READY! taught me how to be more of a careful rider. I moved up to a 2003 SV650 and had it for about a year or so. Never dropped... well almost, but didn't! Then i sold it when I was about 22 (that bike had 75k miles on it!! Not all by me though). 4 years later I am now 26 and I wanted to ride so badly. I traveled around East Asia for 3 months and rode scooters around Vietnam last year and it was siiiick. Traffic there was hectic but why did I feel safer riding there than here in America? Don't know why but I feel like everybody understands the flow of traffic there.
