Just to let you guys know how they don't care about much of anythinghere in Mississippi, when I got my license all I had to do was make a circle in the empty parking lot which took all of 30 seconds and I then I had my license.

That’s crazy. Here in Illinois we have4 separate parts of the test. You have to weave in and out of a bunch of cones, swerve to avoid hitting something, make U and S turns, and stop insidea little box. It’s pretty scrupulous. I’m so nervous, I found myself riding an old bicycle throughsome cones just to practice...

Sounds like the test in Ohio; at least the one I took.
My advice is to ride ride ride while on your temp endorsement. Try to experience a variety of stuff; not just going down the highways. Practice going slow, doing u-turns on single lane roads, not riding with your feet hanging in the breeze like outriggers (gravel driveways will help build your confidence,) panic stops, first gear low rpm tracking down a straight line, and stopping in the exact spot you want. Also, stopping and starting on (relatively steep) inclines will help your clutch/brake practice.
Welcome to the forums, and best wishes on your test!!

Just be very careful with panic stops... that's how my wife broke her hand. Welcome to the KF Family. The MSF test is the best thing you can do for yourself. It will prepare you for every possible scenerio.
