Default fuel tank disaster II

new to this so here we go, I just bought a 03' meanie. The previous owner did not tell me that he tried to "cream" the tank and failed. Is there a safe and effective way to remove this gunk out of my tank. Can any one help please. I love this bike, my wife also loves the bike. Help!

I just posted this info up on another thread about tank coatings.

A radiator shop should be able to boil that cream stuff out of there. I've had good luck getting that cream out of bike, truck and tractor tanks after it starts to let go. I'd druther have a sister in a house of ill repute than a third cousin with that stuff in his gas tank.
