I was out riding the local trails today and my carb crapped out.I was riding for about 4 hours only stopping periodically. I guess the float got stuck and the gas just flowed out the overflow. I couldnt get it started back. the gas justkept flowing out when i Had the line turned on. When I gothome everything seemed to work fine. It is a 2003 lakota sport 300 KEF

 

Sounds like a stuck float. What I would do out on a trail is tap the float bowl with something. Might be able to knock it loose again. You may need to pull the carb and check the float.
