hmmmm, more money ? then yes i mean a desent raise, not 50 cents an hour more but youll be doing alot more head case stuff then just installing stereos. id say do it. bb isnt going anywhere anytime soon and you can only move up. i know my buddy was offered to move up and he didnt, hes no longer there but they deemed him as not wanting to advance, so he never did or had the oppratunity to do so. just be clear on exactly what they want and exactly what your getting and let me know. good luck bro.
