Hey what's up riders. Not new to bikes but I am new to the forum. Used to have a 2005 ZX6R and now just got a new 11' ZX10. Still breaking it in so I haven't even really gotten into the powerband. Any suggestions or experiences going from a 600 to a 1000.

I am not going to start an issue on my break in preferences.

Generally, getting the suspension dialed in for you are key items to start with and generally cheap ways to get comfy with the new ride.

 

Welcome to the forums. I went from a KLX 250 to a Honda ST 1300, YIKES!!!!!!!!! It's got more power than I will ever need, but it sure is fun. Easy on the throttle while turning in slow traffic, I've had the front come up off the ground twice, and let me tell you, the bars will jerk you pretty hard if you're still in the corner when it comes back down.
