The drive from NY to FL took me 18 1/2 hours making only bathroom and gas stops and not stopping to eat. Pretty long ride for a bike. Unfortunately I don't have a digital camera at the time but I will have a friend take some pics and I will post them as soon as I can.

Well first things first. I still have to get my license. I got my permit but thats as good as having nothing out of state. My friend got pulled over by a NY state trooper for his headlights on his gsxr 1000 and he only had a permit. The cop immediately impounded his bike and the cop still gave him the ticket. He had his friend who had a license pick him up and they followed it to the impound yard, paid the $168 to get it out, and had his friend ride it home. That muzzy pipe I got on mine is pretty damn loud and attracts a lot of attention and I don't really have the cash to pay for bs things like tickets or impound fees since its hard enough paying to live while i'm in school. I'm gonna try to take the course here in FL with my girl and get my license so i'm good to go when I get back home.

wow, sounds a little harsh there.... A friend of mine gor pulled over here on his gixxer and he has no license, no turn signals or mirrors, he just had it painted. Anyway, the cop let him go with a warning for turn signals..

That's a good plan.... Get your license and be ready to go!!
