Default 2009 Klx250sf jetting / hiccup

I just bought a 2009 klx250sf with 11k miles dg exhaust, snorkel removed, dyno jetting.
Upon testing it, it would hesitate ALL over the place when riding so I assumed the carb needed cleaning since it was actively leaking fuel out of the fuel bowl gasket. So I took it apart. Upon inspection it has the dyno needle on the third clip with two washers on top of the eclip. It has #132 main jet and #35 pilot jet and fuel mixture screw 3 turns out as dyno sight suggested (it was previously 2 1/2).
Now the probably I’m still having....it will still hiccup at lower rpm-randomly—not near as bad as it did before I rebuilt/cleaned the carb, but it still does it. It does not have a smooth idle and will hiccup at idle as well and drop in rpm. I found the thread where it said to ground the rectifier, so I did and Still no change. I’m assuming since it runs better after the rebuild that it might need a slight adjustment somewhere? Maybe raise or lower the needle? Change main jet? Or maybe it’s an electrical issue? Not sure. Any help would be awesome!
thanks

also, I’m at sea level

Welcome to KF and congrats on the ride.
At sea level, and probably in the 45 degree temps, I would try a larger pilot jet.

thanks!

i’m going to get 38 and 40 pilot jets on Monday and see if either of those will solve the problem. Hopefully it does!
