Default 2000 zx9r power issue

I have a 2000 zx9r that I am working on rebuilding. The bike was involved in a crash but still worked until it ran out of gas and would crank but not start. I took the bike apart to troubleshoot and reassembled it but now when I turn the key the gauges don't light up and the ignition doesn't work but the turn signals still have power. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

What was the fuel pressure?

That one is a tough call. Verify your grounds/connections. Your factory manual does have a good schematic to follow.
