hello i live in california. I recently bought a ninja 250 for a friend to start him off with. I got it for 100. I looked up vins. Was not stolen. The bike has never been registered since 1999. The guy i bought it from had it from a trade from the orignal owner. He didnt have a title. Nor a bill of sale. Is there a way around getting a title for the bike?
