Hello I need help finding the vin on my kx65 guy said it was a 2000 he said he lost title but wrote me a bill of sale which looked real legit and nice plus I talked to his son who said he was the one who picked it out at the store. Well anyways I can't find the frame VIN it's no where to be found.. I can get photos of it all so you can see there's no indent of one ever being on the steering tube.. so I'm lost here's the engine model number tho KX065AE006654. Also the clutch pads first off when I got the bike it died putting it into 1st but realized kx need waemed up a bit before clutch will work well I tried to tighten the cable cause It engages right when the clutch was beaely even pulled then I had bike in gear pulled in clutch and realized it stayed in gear... so I changed the transmission fluid and it was grey like light grey... bad or good? I know coolant was mixed into it a bit and I changed it to mercon atf. Bad or good? Kinda new to dirtbikes 2 strokes in general but my buddy knows a little something he helped me. Anyways when I had the atf cap off and pulled in clutch no matter how hard the clutch is pulling the clutch lever none of the pads move the back one thats more in the engine moves sometimes! But not a lot of the time. Do I need to check the basket for grooves?
