Default KX65 clutch problem

I have a "06" kx65, i am having a problem with the clutch sticking. I just took the rt. side cover off and replaced some springs and inspected the plates. I put it back together and without the bike started I can put it in gear, pull the clutch lever in(disengage) and the bike will not roll. Being I just had this apart
could the plates still get stuck. I inspected the basket and there are some small groves from the fiber plates but doesn't look bad enough to hang up. Any ideas or input would be great, Thanks

hmm, first thought is did you soak plates prior to assembly. Nevermind, these were the used plates. So, next question is did you have to force the outer cover into place. ie, maybe a spring, shim, plate pusher somehow not get installed properly forcing you to really force the outer cover into place? Clutch spring bolt: 82 in-lb, Clutch Hub bolt: 47 in-lb.

pretty much back track your re-installation and see what you find.
