2014 Runs like a champ. Kick start only works after the bike has been aggressively push started and fully warmed up. Then it's one kick to get it running. We have to change the spark plug every time we want to use it again (every time it completely cools down). I checked the valves. Good shape, well within specs. EFI. Clean exhaust. Timing is on point. Out of ideas.

What does the sparkplug look like when you change it? That's seems like a tuning issue if you are fowling plugs that quickly.
