Going to have a go at welding this case up for a mate. Not the first case ive welded but probably the more difficult. Question i have is this small part of material in where the clutch release shaft runs. At the moment the push rod sits on it. Im just not sure if its from the chain pushing the aluminium in or its meant to be there. If anyone can help would be much appreciated. Excuse the photos.
