Question 1986 kx250

I just had bought a 1986 KX250 from someone for 250 bucks, the bike runs like a beast when she starts, she will jump start just fine, it seems I have to kick the bike at least 60-70 times for it to start. Once warmed up she will start in 1-2 kicks. The Stator, Coil and CDI box are in perfect condition. she has a blue spark but I don't think it's enough, any ideas?

I'm no expert, but sounds like maybe worn rings, so you don't have much compression. If you can push the kick starter by hand, you might need rings. If so, might as well complete a top rebuild.
