I'm new here and cannot create a new thread until I make 10 responses... just got a 23 KLX 300, put on a Delkevic slip on exhaust, starts fine as soon as I hit the gas it stalls? I've watched several videos on the install of the same muffler all seem to just plug and play no problem. Only difference is mine is a 23, wouldnt think there would be a difference. Any ideas?

Yes, a slip on exhaust should not cause any problems.
The only thing I can think of is the O2 sensor connection. Did you plug it back in? Maybe it's not sending information so the ECU can't richen the mix at start up. That would make it idle ok, but it wouldn't rev without stalling out.

Thanks, I took the o2 sensor back off and put back in. It works now. Not sure what it was really it may of just needed to idle longer and warm up works fine now.

Sometimes plugs don't get pushed all the way in.
Anyways, I'm glad you resolved the issue.
