Ok ddt and jpaul.

Headlight is Baja Designs waaaay brighter and lighter than stock 100 watt bulb.
Plastics is Maier for Rad shrouds, side panels and rear fender...they're stock black and waaay cheaper than the kawi stuff .... you do have to heat gun bend the left side panel to get it to fit purdy
Tank, black plastic from a klx 300...2,6 gallons
Tail light is Baja Designs
Seat is Guts Racing high seat foam with their cover
Front fender....any kx250 plastic will work I picked acrebis

that should do it.

btw, my bike is far from purdy....lots of nicer klx's on here...mine gets beat like a red headed stepchild....that's why I got the black plastic....my green stuff was all faded, cracked and broken...lol.

How is your rear blinker "stalk" holding up? It seems awfully close to the pipe, do you have any heating issues? Also, they claimed a 2dB reduction? So that's a 91dB rating down from 93dB on their site.

This should take down FMF Q4 as quietest pipe right? The new Muzzy looks better, I'm just concerned about melting that light housing.

All yours.

But be warned it is a commonly known yank saying.
