Problem solved. The KACR (Kawasaki automatic compression release) was allowing too much compression to escape when trying to start.Dealer adjusted (or modified) and now the bike starts perfect (so far) ,no choke,no small turn of the throttle, just press the starter button.Kawasaki has covered the repair under warranty.Gas tank recall has also been taken care of and frame has been stamped.
