Question Wrestling the carb in and out of the frame

I'm jetting my carb on my '13 for the first time. I've take the carb in/out of my kdx220 2-stroke a few times, and it is relatively simple. On my KLX250s, maybe it is just me but I struggled getting the carb out of the frame. I had to push/squish the air-box pipe out of the way. Wiggle prod curse push wiggle... I did get the carb out, but before I put it back in, are there any tips/tricks I'm missing? Or is it just really tight and a struggle?

Loosen the boot clamps, unbolt the bracket that holds the throttle cables. Rotate carb while leaving it in the boots. This should give you room to pull the jets with out wrestling the carb all the way out.

Take the header pipe off also. Then as posted above just rotate.
