Anything will fit if you don't mind some time with a dremel and a jig saw. I just installed a KDX Maier rear fender and it required a LOT of modding, but worked great in the end.

 

Do you think I could get away with just replacing the rear fender, and not having to get the taillight too? I just want to cover up that black plastic that shows, and get it to look more like this...

I just replaced my rear light with the Baja designs LED tail light. Was quite an easy install with minimal cutting of the Baja light. Looks awesome and turn signals are really solid on it

 

Would you mind posting a picture of that I want to see how it turned out
