Right on, righton. Thanks for all the replies! Sounds like I may get by just by freeing up the restricted air intake/ air filter, but I plan on getting a jet or two just in-case.
Bill, 12% off the stock 118 works out to a 104 jet, if I'm following you. Thats a starting point,if I leave everything else stock. Opening up the airbox or getting a less restrictive filter could bump that jetting up some. Right?
Looking on the Keihin site http://www.keihin-us.com/list.htmit looks like a 99101-393110 would be a 110 main for the cvk carbs on our bikes? Anybody have a favorite place to buy these jets? I searched on here, but didn't find much on where to buy. Googled Keihin jets found this. http://www.chaparral-racing.com/Chap...48DA703E5357F2 Look right?
Thanks again for all the help.

Once you get it breathing better you will not want to go down in jet size, I promise.
I have a KDX snorkel, Uni filter and an FMF exhaust system and am using an OEM 122 main jet and a spacer/washer under the needle and the bike runs real well from SL to up over 10,000ft although I would jet up if I lived closer to sea level.
The key here is to open up the intake to get more air in; not choking the jetting to match the restrictive intake.
So oldphart do you think that I should get a refund on my Supercross entry fees?
Chad Reed was going down.
