I have a tire changer like deej and also the Harbour Freight one with motorcycle attachment (that I never even tried yet - for sale if interested). Anyhoo, here is a link with some good reading as those 3 videos seem to missing from the site that I watched once a while back.

next time i swap a set of tires i'll have my wife video it for me...It only takes me about 5 minutes a tire....maybe 10 if i clean the rim all up and stuff....It's darn easy, and that is on the ground ...always change sprocket side down and start with the valve stem away from you.....with a rim lock i start opposite from that...I use a product called (no lie) stoner skid. It's about 11$ for a 1 gallon can....I put it in a squirt bottle to be simple instead of punching a hole in the can like i do at work.this stuff is AWESOME.If i don't have any i use Dawn dish detergent in a squirt bottle with water and it also turns into gluse when the detergent dries. The skid in a gallon can will do about 50 big rig tires so 1 gallon will last you about 10 motorcycles till it's gone...LOL
