DAMN 37,000 miles to a rebuild. Yeup, I'm definately going to start riding less. I'll hit that before the note is paid at my current rate.

 

1,000 miles on mine. got it in late january. take it to work every now and then which is about 15 miles away... 37,000 miles is rediculous...i'll probably upgrade to a 350 before then...

 

37,000 miles thats friggen crazy!!! I just turned 17,000 on my 06 today and I thought I was racking the miles up!!! I am glad to see that these little bikes can take it...I will be there soon at my rate...No real problems thus far...just valve adjustments and I am getting ready to do the cam chain and guides as soon as I can come up with the money!!!

 

Just to let you guys know this bike was bought August of 2006 !!!!

 

How many miles until you changed the front brake pads?

 

Holy crap!!! I got mine in April 2006...Must be nice to ride year round...

 

Yeah can you give us a mileage breakdown of what you replaced and when? Like, my dad changed the brakepads on his DRZ after like 11000 miles and I've got 8000 on my wimpy KLX...

I'm just curious what I need to be looking for as I rack up the beastmode miles like you.
