was reading on sportbike tech a 14 tooth is ok up front, at most but not recommended 13 teeth, said smaller front sprockets rob power and wear chain

I have one new in the package I bought for mine, but after I did my 351 kit, I really don't feel I need it...email me at scottma978@yahoo.com or call me at 978-660-5102. I will sell it to you if you still need one. thanks, scott

With all of the people in the forum that have put 13 tooth sprockets on their bikes I would think we would be hearing of problems with premature chain wear and a decrease in performance. I for one noticed an increase in performance going from the 14 to the 13. Before I put the 13 on I put them side by side and noted there was not a huge difference in diameter.
A good mod for tight trail riding.

Reduction in chain torque with the smaller sprocket is good for the chain and gearbox.
