That would be the supermoto version of the KLX its only available in Japan and its called the D-Tracker. It has street tires on 17" rims and different gearing to compensate for the smaller tires and I believe bigger brake rotors.
Same brake rotor as KLX. It looks like he may have went aftermarket with that.

I noticed he still has the stock rear fender extension / license plate bracket. Having just redesigned my back end, I wonder if a busted taillight is the only thing I'll get if I go over?
I read in a recent thread somewhere (advrider?) that the first thing to master when learning to do wheelies is to keep your rear brake covered and be ready to tap it to prevent going too far backwards. Aside from a few a few bone-jarring landings / slammings on the front wheel, that sounds like a good technique to start with.
