I use the 10/40 amsoil as well. Just do the regular flush deej and a filter change when you switch back to 10/40.

Repsol 10W40 4T Racing Synthetic.

 

I use Royal Purple Max Cycle 10W-40. I don't know if its any better than any other synthetic oil out there, but here at work, they only use RP products in the machinery. We're talking $500K lathes and mills, so if it's good enough for them, it's good enough for my KLX.

 

When I used to work in the power plants they would use royal purple in a lot of the machinery it's good stuff....In the klx I use Mobil 1 10w40, Italsoimproved shifting...[sm=smiley20.gif]

 

 

I use the Mobil 1 20W-50 V-Twin oil. I can dream, can't I?
