Default What else is there?

I'm just testing the waters here butI'm wondering what else there is I can do to add some power. Don't get me wrong I know I'll never get the kind of power that I could get from buying a true dirt bike and I want to keep the KLX. So I know that the big bore kit is an option. What does it cost and about how much hp can be expected from it?

Are there some less major mods? Different piston, valves, etc. Let me know what you guys think.

300cc can be had for $500 easy. 331 cc for not much more if you can find a 300 cylinder on Ebay for a decent price. Billblue can also get you to 340 on the stock cylinder (sleeved). At least I heard he was trying it--dont know if it ever got done.

I went to 300cc & I think its worth it. Up the jetting at the same time to match. I have a "mini-hit" at 6,000RPM. 300cc plus regearing is a whole nother bike, as is pipe & jettign from bone stock.
