here is it finally home!
that gear was missing a spring because the c clip came of which held it together, and cause the teeth on the gear to be misaligned. No extended warranty, he recommended buying it, i think i am going to. PA doesnt have motorcycle lemon laws... seems to be alot better! runs great, idles fine. just got to wait for the packing for the big gun so i can throw that back on.

o yea i also forgot to mention that the service manager knows the whole story about my bike... being at the other shop and all.... Well that other shop, Northgate Motorcycles, Kawasaki yanked all of their products from them.... so they must have done something wrong majorly to have that happen, just shows how good of a dealer they were...
The mechanic said that if this wouldnt have been covered under warranty, it probably would have been like $1000.... thank you for the warranty, thats like a quarter the cost of the bike.....

I'm guessing that they found the clip that fell off? I can't believe that you had the patience to run in the house and take pics of the bike in the back on the truck.

I am so glad to hear that your garage has something to do, other than sound empty! It's never fun when you are separated from your bike for whatever reason. It's so much worse when it's not something you've done.
BTW, that exhaust system on your bike looks like it sucks!
Man, it feels good to make fun of you again! I mean I was feeling sorry for you with your bike laid up and all! Not any more!

Glad to hear that you got your bike back. i dont think that i could of lasted that long. i would have melted. good luck with the bike.
