It's not a bowling ball, it's a sphere with holes, used to knock down pins...

You have one of those, right Deej?

I know this is an old thread, but I had a flat last week because of the mechanic at the dealership sold me a 140mm tube telling me it would fit my 4.6" tire. It did not expand fully and tore were it was folded. It's really frustrating. I paid a lot (up here it's 50$) for the Michelin UHD tube and used it for only a week!

Why did you go with a smaller tire?
If your trail riding, go HD tubes.

Smaller tire? Stock tire is 4.6 and I replaced it with a 4.6.

It happends I just put a new tire on my kids 70 and I pinched an expensive tube, I've probably changed a hundred bike tires and you will have that. PIA

I inflate/deflate my tubes multiple times when putting on new tires. It helps the tubes untwist/unfold/reposition themselves.
I trashed a new HD tube by running it with a fold in it. Had I done a few inflation cycles it might not have happened.
