I could be wrong but I think someone who used to be on this forum wrote the on the loop hole that the bike had to be over a certain mileage, maybe like 1500 but I am not sure. It is something to check out, would suck to get one with like 300 miles and then find out that you still can't register it.

I'm in Iowa and will sell mine if you want it. It has 500 miles on it, BigGun exhaust, 13/45 gearing w/brand new chain literally. I also rejetted the carb and added a Uni-Filter. It is all stock cosmetically (I did trim down the rear license plate holder sub-fender)and is still under warranty until April. It has not been abused. Only used as a bike to take kids rides on around the neighborhood and to do wheelies off-road- off-road meaning future development lots. I'll sell it for $4000 with all stock parts included. Let's not forget that this is an '06 with the way better graphics and not the gaudy white front headlight surround.
BTW, it's a regular heatwave here in Des Moines as it's up to -8 degrees already. Hard to believe the heat index gets to 110 here in the summer and this cold in winter. Weird.

Yuo guys are so kind, it was 35 on my porch this morning here in LA but that is probally "shorts and tee shirts" weather for you folk!
In all honesty it would not be practical to ship or pick up a bike from those distances for me, so thats why I have chose the NV/AZ purchase route. Although I did find one in Oregon that looked good and I have a friend there that was going to look at it for me, but I guess the seller did not take me serious when I told him I was inLos Angeles.
As far as the mileage that dosent appear to be a problem, Black and Decker can fix that!
