As far as breakin goes, I'd ride them exactly like you plan to ride them. Lots of info out about riding them like the factory tells you to causing more problems then riding them hard. I wouldn't ring there necks but I'd be getting on them plenty hard.

Yeah I think we'll just use some good common sense breaking these bikes in - not redline them, but ride them like they are friggin' mopeds either.
So I got my FMF Powerbomb header and Q4 muffler. It looks great and sounds awesome, but the bike runs AWFUL now. It ran far better with the stock exhaust. I know... it the jetting. Still waiting for my DJ kit. Anyone out there with a similar setup have any experience jetting for altitudes of 5000-10000 feet?
I'm glad we got these bikes in the middle of winter so that we can get all the mods and some of the break-in done before we hit the trail in the Spring!
