Well my rule or thumb was right, according to strack's web site more than 2 turns on the fuel mixture screw you sould go up to the next jet size.

I just read it again, its wrong . if you go out more than 2 turns it means you need more fuel and you need a bigger jet . they say you need a smaller jet, but that will give you less fuel.
