Tube Noob
So I have my tire selection prettymuch down and thought I would go on to the easy part-getting a couple heavy duty tubes at the same time.
I was pleased to find out there are Ultra Heavy Duty Tubes. But then when I started trying to sellect a tube I noticed that they tubes say they will fit such and such size tires. It looks like the HD and UltraHD tubes have a very narrow band of tires they will fit.
I have an 80/90 on the front with a lot of miles left on it and want to order a 90/90 as a replacement. I want to buy a tube that fits both. All the Heavy and Ultra Heavy Duty tubes I see only are listed to fit one or the other.
Can I get one tube that will cover both? If I get the 90/90 tube will it wrinkle and pinch in the 80/90 caseing? Or will the 80/90 tube be over stressed to fill the 90/90 cavity?
Same question more or less for 120/80 and 120/90 18" tube for the rear.
Thanks in advance
Jim
