Default Trailtech vapor

Is there a trip odo on the vapor? I like to set a trip odo each time I fill up as a general warning for when I should need to gas up again.

I looked through the functions and didn't see one which I doubt is correct as I know folks use the vapor for dead reckoning in enduros.

yes
regular ol' Odo and one maybe two trip odometers. I suck at using mine I never took the time to really learn all the functions available. TNC is proficient on teh vapor, others on here too.

The Vapor has just about every function you could want...trip meter, main odometer, programmable speedo, trip timer, and on and on. It's a great device.

I have the vapor and use it to race enduros. It's great but lacks at least one thing.

Yes, it has a trip meter. Reset each fillup and at the start line of the race. The best part is that you can adjust the tripmeter up or down during the race to synch up with the trail markers.

Yes, it has a stopwatch and it can be started and stopped but NOT reset to zero. I start the stopwatch as a backup for my main stopwatch during enduros. You can't see the stopwatch and the tripmeter at the same time, you must toggle through screens so it isn't exactly made for the enduro.

With the adjustable wheel size you can finally have a real honest accurate speedometer. No more guessing.

I got everything to work on my 09+ including the dash gauges and a single combined blinker light. Let me know if you have questions.

Oh and you have to JBweld the magnet to your odometer. It actually works really well.

Thanks Highbeam.

I actually read the manual and found my answer - push the left and mode buttons simultaneously to reset the odo.

Mine's the 300R and the magnetic rotor bolt actually fits. I think it's the 250 that can't use the rotor bolt.
